Jobtailor is seeking a driven junior to assist with paid media campaigns in Rio de Janeiro. The role focuses on Meta Ads, data analysis, and campaign optimization to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

You will support testing plans, monitor performance, and help maintain dashboards and KPI tracking for the marketing team.

Qualificações

• Requires a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of paid media and digital campaign management, especially Meta Ads.
• Practical knowledge of data analysis, metrics, and performance indicators.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads, supporting top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel strategies.
• Plan and track tests involving creatives, audiences, targeting, and campaign structures, seeking to expand results and improve investment efficiency.
• Analyze metrics and results from paid media platforms, GA4, and Adjust (MMP), identifying opportunities and supporting strategy reviews.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze the performance of reach and engagement campaigns.
• Support the updating of team spreadsheets and dashboards, contributing to results consolidation, insight generation, and tracking of key performance indicators
