4flow SE in Campinas, Brazil, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Data Analytics) to join the planning team. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing transportation concepts across global supply chains, and translating insights into actionable initiatives with clear stakeholder alignment.

You will build models in Excel and Power BI, handle large datasets, and collaborate with international teams in a dynamic, hybrid office environment in Campinas.

Qualificações

• Degree in analytics or engineering fields or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning; ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for large data sets, data validation, modeling, and presenting results.
• Exposure to optimization methods or transportation-management systems.
• Advanced English; comfortable with international teams.
• Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python, R or SQL for data prep and analysis.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Campinas office.

Responsabilidades

What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the planning team, you will analyze, evaluate, and optimize transportation concepts in our customers’ global supply chain networks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Development and implementation of transportation optimization initiatives
• Collect, validate and analyze transportation data, including flows, demand, routes, capacities, rates and service requirements.
• Translate analytical findings into implementable transportation initiatives and support their rollout.
• Align proposed solutions with carriers, suppliers, plants, execution teams and customer stakeholders.
• Build clear analytical models and management-ready outputs using Excel, Power BI or comparable tools.
• Monitor implemented measures, quantify results and identify further continuous improvement opportunities.
• Communicate assumptions, risks, recommendations and project status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Mathematics, Computer Science or another analytical field
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify the operational drivers behind the data.

• Exposure to optimization methods, scenario modelling or transportation-management systems
