Department Overview

The Latin America Channel Marketing Team develops and executes marketing programs across Latin America and the Caribbean to drive demand and sales enablement. This includes regional strategies, digital content, thought leadership, account-based marketing, events, analytics, and partner programs.

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement the Brazil channel marketing plan, aligned with sales priorities, including demand generation and brand initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with the Brazil Channel sales team to generate sales pipelines for existing and new products/services.
  3. Manage and allocate the territory budget effectively.
  4. Leverage tools and agencies to execute campaigns and generate reports.
  5. Create integrated demand generation programs supporting product launches, co-marketing, upselling, and new markets.
  6. Localize regional marketing content as needed.
  7. Design and implement incentive programs for channel partners.
  8. Oversee partner use of co-op funds.
  9. Plan, execute, and track events like trade shows and conferences.
  10. Support local distributors with marketing programs to drive sales and ROI.
  11. Advise other marketing teams on Brazil market trends.
  12. Analyze legal, economic, and environmental factors affecting customer decisions.
  13. Understand the local competitive landscape and position Motorola Solutions effectively.
  14. Support regional campaigns and product launches with local amplification.
  15. Manage relationships with vendors, associations, and conferences.
  16. Report activities and status to the LACR Channel Marketing Head.
  17. Communicate key information to senior leadership.
  18. Implement best practices across territories by leveraging common processes.

Basic Requirements

  1. Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans with clear objectives, tactics, timelines, budgets, responsibilities, and KPIs.
  2. Strong collaboration skills; able to build relationships with leadership, internal teams, and partners.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and detail-oriented.
  5. Data-driven mindset; capable of deriving insights from marketing data.
  6. Marketing degree or equivalent.
  7. Fluent in English and Spanish.
