Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Regional Marketing teams in LATAM to develop sourcing strategies and execution plans for categories such as Media, Events, Creative, Market Research, etc.
2. Manage P2P procurement processes, including purchase request consolidation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and PO management.
3. Lead continuous improvement in compliance, supplier management, sourcing process optimization, and purchasing efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance work efficiency, ensuring flawless strategy execution and timely issue resolution.
5. Lead and manage key internal and external procurement partnerships.
6. Manage a member of the LATAM team with potential to grow the procurement team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of marketing-related procurement experience, demonstrating skills in sourcing strategies, negotiation, managing supplier relationships, and influencing leadership.
2. Experience managing marketing agencies and understanding agency models.
3. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, capable of navigating complex situations with a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Problem-solving and independent thinking skills.
2. Data-driven with strong quantitative analysis skills.
3. Proficiency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is a plus for LATAM coverage.
