Field Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a skilled M&E RTO professional to monitor on-site activities at Kranji. You will review drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with COP, and coordinate with contractors and employers to maintain safety and progress.
The role requires 3–5 years of M&E RTO experience, a relevant Electrical Engineering qualification, and an accredited M&E RTO certificate. It is a 5-day workweek with OT beyond hours.

MUST HAVE either Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR M&E Coordination Cert with Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of experience as a M&E RTO
Possess M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES / ACE

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex on-site situations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
Proficient in project management, quality control, and health and safety procedures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholder
A relevant engineering-related degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering
Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer
Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
