ASA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works. You will review drawings, monitor documents, coordinate shop drawings, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, contract-compliant execution.

You will liaise with authorities, clients, and site staff to maintain smooth progress and report updates to the Project Manager.

Qualificações

• Independent with good communication skills.
• Minimum Degree in any M&E or Building Services.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, control and coordinate mechanical and electrical works.
• Check drawings and technical specifications for discrepancies and report to Project Manager.
• Monitor all M&E work documents.
• Shop drawings coordination.
• Schedule, supervise and manage sub-contractors to carry out works accurately and on time.
• Liaise with authorities / sub-contractors / clients on shop drawings and submissions, inspections and commissioning.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings.
• Report M&E matters and progress to Project Manager.
• Communicate with site staff to ensure smooth project progress.
• Negotiate approvals for M&E changes per local regulations.

About the role

• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / sub-contractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning

• Conduct M&E coordination meetings

• Report M&E matters, progress and updates to Project Manager

• Communicate and collaborate with site staff effectively to ensure project progress smoothly

• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project and make recommendations in accordance with local regulations

About you
