JCVL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead mechanical and electrical site supervisor for major construction projects, ensuring compliance with statutory codes and quality standards while coordinating MEP interfaces.

You will lead M&E site staff, enforce safety, review interface logs, and oversee testing and commissioning of building utilities. Strong leadership and 8+ years in M&E required to ensure project success across complex sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical and electrical engineering experience, including 5 years supervising major construction works.
• Experience supervising building or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to enforce statutory codes and manage interface documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect mechanical and electrical works according to directives from Client, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners
• Apply leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage site teams effectively and ensure smooth project execution
• Interpret and enforce statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Coordinate MEP interfaces by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to identify and resolve integration and interfacing issues
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with construction standards throughout the project lifecycle

Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications
