C&V SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage upgrading works of a nursing home project. You will coordinate between site teams, architects, and civil engineers to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Building Services on-site leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Word and Excel. Immediate start preferred for this on-site role.

Qualificações

• BCA/IES/ACES-recognized RTO registration or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years on-site Building Services supervision.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, AutoCAD; strong communication.

About the role

Supervision and site coordination role for the upgrading of an existing 4-storey nursing home at Yishun. The project involves piling works, erection of new lift shafts, construction of a single storey building, toilet and wards renovations, and building extension at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure the project conforms with specifications

• Monitor work progress on site and report to Architect and PE (Civil) on a regular basis

• Ensure that the required standards of quality are maintained

• Keep up to date all documents required at site

• Attend all site, progress and coordination meetings

• Assist Consultant in coordination and addressing site matters

• Supervise and witness all T&C, including waterproofing, tiling and quality of all building works

About you

• Degree/Diploma/Certification recognized by BCA/IES/ACES for Registration for Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

• Recognized RTO certification by IES/ACES

• Minimum 5 years on site experience in Building Services in the supervision of Sub and Superstructure Works

• Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, and Autocad

• Project-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of relevant Authorities' requirements, rules, standards and regulations

• Able to start work on immediate basis
