Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned M&E Project Manager to lead design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover on complex building projects in Brazil. You will review drawings and submissions, coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, and manage site teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline, preferably recognized by the Singapore PE Board.
• M&E experience in Singapore building and construction projects.
• Experience in healthcare, HDB, high-rise, or design-and-build projects is advantageous.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and M&E coordination drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
