CHL Construction PTE LTD is seeking an on-site M&E Coordinator to ensure works comply with contract specifications, drawings, and regulations. The role involves coordinating M&E matters, sourcing and liaising with M&E subcontractors or procurement of equipment, and managing progress with clients and consultants.

You will assist in preparing M&E programs and submission schedules, and coordinate with other trades to maintain smooth progress while supporting tenders and progress claims.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Architecture is required.
• Minimum 3 years related local experience.
• Positive, mature and self-motivated.
• Willing to learn and take up challenges.
