Sunnystep Pte. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Livestream Host to animate live shopping across major platforms and showcase our footwear with clear demonstrations.

You’ll engage viewers, explain product features, and guide them toward confident purchases, while collaborating with marketing to optimize campaigns. You’ll need strong English, a customer-focused sales approach, and availability for evenings and weekends as we grow our live-stream programs across TikTok, Lazada, Shopee and Facebook

Qualificações

• Proven livestream hosting or similar experience.
• Comfortable presenting footwear products.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Host livestreams across TikTok, Lazada, Shopee and Facebook Live, tailoring to each audience.
• Demonstrate footwear with style, fit, and comfort explanations.
• Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions and offer product recommendations.
• Explain promotions accurately and guide customers through checkout.
• Maintain an energetic, welcoming atmosphere during sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce on plans, scripts and campaigns.
• Review sales, conversion rates, and viewer engagement to identify improvements.
• Stay informed about platform trends, tools and guidelines.
• Create short-form content to promote streams before and after.

to bring our footwear to life across TikTok, Lazada, Shopee and Facebook Live.

About the role

You’ll host interactive live-shopping sessions, demonstrate our products and help customers choose the right shoes. Beyond entertaining viewers, you’ll build trust, turn interest into purchases and work with our team to improve livestream performance across platforms.

What you’ll do

• Host engaging livestreams across TikTok, Lazada, Shopee and Facebook Live, adapting your presentation to each platform’s audience and shopping features.
• Showcase footwear through clear demonstrations, styling ideas and explanations of product features, fit and comfort.
• Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions and offer thoughtful product recommendations.
• Explain promotions accurately and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Maintain an energetic, welcoming atmosphere throughout each session.
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams on livestream plans, product selections, scripts and campaigns.
• Review sales, conversion rates, viewer engagement and watch time to identify improvements and test new approaches.
• Stay informed about platform trends, livestream tools and content guidelines.
• Help create short-form promotional content to attract viewers before and after livestreams.

What we’re looking for

• A confident, camera-friendly communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
• Experience in livestream hosting, retail sales, presenting or content creation. Experience on any of the listed platforms is welcome; you do not need to have worked across all four.
• Strong spoken English and the ability to explain products clearly and naturally.
• A customer-focused sales approach: understand shoppers’ needs, address concerns honestly and help them make confident decisions.
• The ability to think on your feet and respond calmly to unexpected questions or technical interruptions.
• An interest in footwear, fashion, wellness and e-commerce.
• Willingness to learn from performance data, feedback and new tools.
• Availability for scheduled livestreams, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping campaigns.

It’s a plus if you have

• A track record of generating livestream sales or growing an engaged audience.
• Experience with marketplace campaigns, live-shopping tools or social media marketing.
• Basic short-form video editing and livestream production skills.
• Experience using AI tools to develop content ideas, prepare scripts or review performance—with human checks for accuracy and brand fit.
