Jobtailor seeks a strategic legal professional to support the commercial team through all stages of public procurement in Brazil, including challenges, appeals, qualification, proposals, and contracts. You will draft, review, and validate legal documents for tenders and contracts, and monitor LGPD and the new Public Procurement Law (Law 14.133/2021) affecting technology sector compliance.

Travel may be needed; ability to drive and experience with municipal governments are a plus.

Qualificações

• Law degree.
• Experience with public procurement and contracts, preferably involving Brazil's new Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14,133/2021)
• Experience working with and supporting commercial teams
• Ability to interpret tender notices and identify legal aspects relevant to strategic decision-making
• Knowledge of the technology sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel preferred; valid driver's license and ability to drive preferred
• Experience working with municipal governments is preferred
• Knowledge of or experience with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and compliance is a plus
