CS Outsource is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in. The ideal candidate will excel in communications and organization, with experience in residential real estate or property management.

You will respond promptly to inquiries, qualify tenants, coordinate showings, prepare leases, manage leads in the CRM, and monitor listings to reduce vacancy. Remote work is supported, and a strong English skillset is required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process from initial prospect inquiry through move-in. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in residential real estate or property management, and the ability to effectively convert leads into qualified tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and leasing platforms.
• Qualify prospective tenants based on property requirements, rental criteria, and availability.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, virtual tours, and follow-ups.
• Conduct property tours and clearly communicate property features, pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Manage leasing leads through the CRM and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize lead conversion and occupancy.
• Process rental applications and coordinate screening, verification, and required documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Communicate with applicants, tenants, property managers, and internal teams throughout the leasing process.
• Coordinate move-in dates, deposits, utilities, keys, and other onboarding requirements.
• Monitor available units and ensure listings have accurate pricing, photos, descriptions, and availability.
• Assist with lease renewals and identify opportunities to reduce vacancy and improve retention.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with company policies and applicable fair housing and rental regulations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on leads, applications, conversions, occupancy, and leasing performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the residential leasing process.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple prospects and applications simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM, property management, or leasing software.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and local leasing requirements is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar PMS/CRM systems.
• Experience managing online rental listings and lead-generation platforms.
• Previous experience working with U.S. residential properties.
• Strong understanding of leasing KPIs such as lead-to-tour, tour-to-application, application-to-lease, and occupancy rates.
