General Motors Africa & Middle East is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and measure programs that build capability and drive business results. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders and local teams to tailor learning solutions for South American markets.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three times a week and involves managing internships, early career and professional development programs, plus data-driven evaluation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Solid experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or program management.
• Proven track record leading learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment and design to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Adapt global learning strategies and content to South American business needs, ensuring cultural relevance and organizational impact.
• Manage corporate and emerging talent development programs, including internship, early career, and professional growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams, HR partners, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver scalable and engaging learning experiences.
• Leverage data, insights, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities and accelerate talent development.

Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu) The Position We are looking for a professional who can turn development needs into impactful learning solutions. In this role, you will partner with business teams to design, implement, and measure learning programs that drive capability building and business results. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will help shape scalable talent development initiatives that create meaningful impact across the organization

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or program management.
• Proven track record leading learning initiatives and managing programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
