Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP/.NET Lead in Belo Horizonte to steer multidisciplinary development teams and shape ABAP solutions using modern practices. You will collaborate with SAP functional consultants and drive architectural decisions for SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and system integrations.

The role emphasizes mentorship, governance, and adoption of CI/CD, automation, and AI tools to improve development and delivery across the SAP platform.

Qualificações

• ABAP, .NET development experience in SAP ecosystems.
• Experience with CDS views, RAP, and OO programming.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, events, and integration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of ABAP and .NET developers and collaborate with SAP Functional consultants.
• Develop and evolve ABAP solutions using CDS Views, RAP, and OO programming.
• Promote Clean Core principles and minimize coupling to SAP core.
• Contribute to architecture decisions around SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and SAP BTP.
• Prioritize SAP integrations with other systems using APIs and events.
• Mentor team members and drive career development and best practices.
• Advance modern engineering practices: version control, automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
• Partner with product teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Foster technical governance and ongoing evolution of the SAP platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of ABAP and .NET developers, with strong interaction with SAP Functional consultants
• Manage the design and evolution of ABAP solutions using modern practices such as CDS Views, RAP, and object-oriented programming
• Ensure application of Clean Core principles (In-App and Side-by-Side), promoting best practices and avoiding undue coupling to the SAP core
• Participate in and influence architecture decisions involving SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and SAP BTP
• Manage and prioritize integration requests between SAP and other systems, using APIs, events, and integration tools
• Develop the team technically by providing mentorship, career development, and dissemination of best practices
• Structure and support adoption of modern engineering practices such as version control, automation, CI/CD, and the use of AI tools in development
• Work closely with product teams, connecting business needs to scalable and sustainable technical solutions
• Promote technical governance and continuous evolution of the organization’s SAP platform
