EPAM Systems, Inc. in Brazil seeks a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready software, integrating GitHub Copilot and AI assistants into daily development.

You will own the full delivery lifecycle from concept to deployment, mentor engineers, and coordinate with global teams to maintain momentum while adapting to evolving client needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year leading and managing engineering teams.
• Full-stack expertise with .NET (C#) backend and Angular frontend.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS.
• Proficient in business communication and independent agile delivery.
• English fluency (C1 or higher).

We're looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, candidate will operate as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready software without the support of a Business Analyst (BA) or Scrum Master.
