EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance across a portfolio of 19 digital products organized into three delivery pods. You will be the primary accountability for delivery health, stakeholder alignment, and program-level risk from day one.

You will own sprint cadence across pods, maintain the risk register, report via DORA metrics, manage onboarding and readiness gates, and present updates to senior stakeholders.

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance across a portfolio of 19 digital products organized into three delivery pods. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery health, stakeholder alignment, and program-level risk — bridging engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership from day one through steady-state delivery.
