EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead AI Engineer to architect and deliver a greenfield multi-agent AI platform powering proactive FinOps workflows across a multi-cloud environment.

You will lead agent orchestration, governance, security, and high-scale API services while mentoring engineers. Responsibilities include designing orchestration patterns, implementing LLM governance, and building secure routing while enforcing Zero Trust.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering with 1+ year in AI/platform leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and enforce coding standards.
• Experience delivering LLM-powered platforms and multi-agent systems.
• Strong architecture skills to define system boundaries and scaling patterns.
• Advanced Python and FastAPI for production-grade services.
• GCP experience including workload identity and production operations.
• Security governance knowledge including Zero Trust and RBAC.
• Clear communication to align stakeholders and translate requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and delivery of a multi-agent AI platform with specialized agents.
• Design agent orchestration patterns, tool contracts, and inter-agent communication.
