EPAM Systems, Inc. invites an AI leader to craft and run a Center of Excellence for responsible AI within a data-focused organization. You will define strategy, standards, and governance, align stakeholders across business, tech, and compliance, and enable secure AI platforms with measurable outcomes.

You will guide adoption of enterprise AI platforms and collaborate with engineering, data science, and security teams to scale trustworthy solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience leading AI technology management initiatives across teams.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Strong governance knowledge across AI-DLC and Agile Lifecycle Management practices.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and COE operating model.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to align AI standards, best practices, and success metrics.
• Advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, opportunities, and pragmatic adoption paths.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and guardrails.
• Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms and partnerships for secure integrations.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines for AI.
