EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to bridge cloud finance, accounting, and AI-driven cost oversight. You will run month-end closings, validate automated JEs, and partner with FinOps leadership to ensure accurate billing and cost attribution across 40+ cost centers.

You will lead a team, enforce SOX-adjacent controls, and coordinate with Finance on quarterly re-forecasts and cost projections while ensuring governance and data integrity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's and Master's-level education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable area of study.
• Minimum of five years hands-on background in Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, FinOps, or Technology Business Management in a multi-cloud context.
• At least one year in a leadership role managing teams.
• Strong command of general ledger practices, cost center allocations, month-end closing, credit amortization, and SOX-related controls.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Review and authorize batches of draft journal entries produced by automated systems, ensuring correct alignment with company code, GL accounts, and cost centers.
• Match raw cloud billing against vendor invoices and apply amortization schedules for credits.
• Administer allocation methodologies across 40+ cost centers and implement re-classification directives.
• Collaborate with Finance to conduct quarterly re-forecasting and cost-growth planning.
• Compare actual cloud usage costs against contracted revenue and resolve discrepancies with vendors such as AWS and GCP.
• Cross-check journal entries against older systems during parallel runs.

In this capacity within the TCO Agent Platform, you'll act as the connective link between cloud finance functions, accounting practices, and AI-driven cost oversight. Partnering closely with the Financial Operations Agent, Commitment Optimization Agent, and FinOps leadership, your duties will span running month-end closing cycles, checking automated journal entries for accuracy, tracking promotional credit amortization, examining allocation variances, and confirming cloud provider billing accuracy.
