A leading company in the tech industry seeks a dynamic LATAM Marketing Director to drive marketing strategies across the region. This role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and executing marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and demand generation. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience, a strong educational background, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
The LATAM Marketing Director is responsible for the overall marketing at the Geo level. This dynamic leader will define, build, and execute an integrated Marketing Plan aligned with the LATAM strategy.
Lead the marketing team in LATAM to maximize the overall marketing contribution to Dassault Systèmes’ business, including local customer engagements, events, digital, and communications marketing teams with budget management.
Build and implement a strong awareness & demand generation plan.
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and plans.
Ensure a consistent, equity-based tone of voice throughout the company. Ensure timely and effective execution of the operational marketing plan (tactics and programs).
Monitor metrics of all executions to continually adjust and enhance the marketing plan.
Create and maintain an annual marketing budget.
Contribute to the go-to-market strategy with documented insights on key market and competitive trends.
Work closely with the Executive Marketing team and LATAM Managing Director on the GEO Business Strategy and plan.
Represent marketing in GEO external activities (speaker at events, facilitator in public relations, etc.) to generate interest and new business contacts.
