Overseas HRBP Manager at Hi-Road Food Technology
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion and Customer Development:
- Be responsible for the platform positioning and concept promotion of Neofoods in the South American market, and develop corresponding customers, including partners such as food distributors, food retailers, and food producers.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, have a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, match the products and supply chain resources of the Neofoods platform, continuously improve customer service, and form stable and long-term sustainable customer relationships.
- Manage the entire customer development process through Neofoods' digital tools, including visits, transactions, and maintenance, establish a regional customer information pool, and optimize customer experience.
- Sales Targets and Performance Achievement:
- Formulate the sales strategy for the South American market based on Neofoods' platform product and operation strategy, and set sales targets in alignment with the company.
- Create and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet targets.
- Regularly review and adjust the sales strategy with the Neofoods business leader to respond to market changes and achieve sales goals.
- Market Insight and Strategy Formulation:
- Lead regional market operations, conduct market research, and provide feedback on customer needs, channel requirements, and regional demand trends to inform platform strategy.
- Collaborate with supply chain and platform teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer needs, supporting sales targets.
- Work with the platform team to develop regional promotion strategies, monitor their effectiveness, and optimize accordingly.
- Others:
- Lead regional exhibition planning and execution.
- Manage and build the regional sales team based on business development needs and sales targets.
Ability Requirements:
- Professional Skills:
- Minimum 3 years as a sales manager in the South American snack food and beverage retail industry.
- Familiar with local market channels and customer resources; able to quickly identify and develop target customers.
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills, capable of independently developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Personal Attributes:
- Result-oriented, highly capable of execution, self-motivated, and resilient under stress.
- Innovative, open to new ideas, and willing to implement them.
- Strong sense of business responsibility, proactive problem-solving, and goal-oriented action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building good relationships with customers and team members.
- Culturally adaptable, able to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and collaborate with global teams.
- Education and Experience:
- Over 5 years of sales experience in FMCG food (snacks, beverages) retail or food service, with at least 3 years as a sales manager, possessing strong regional customer resources.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, international trade, food science, or related fields.
- Native speaker of Portuguese or Spanish.
