Overseas HRBP Manager at Hi-Road Food Technology

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion and Customer Development:
  2. Be responsible for the platform positioning and concept promotion of Neofoods in the South American market, and develop corresponding customers, including partners such as food distributors, food retailers, and food producers.
  3. Establish and maintain customer relationships, have a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, match the products and supply chain resources of the Neofoods platform, continuously improve customer service, and form stable and long-term sustainable customer relationships.
  4. Manage the entire customer development process through Neofoods' digital tools, including visits, transactions, and maintenance, establish a regional customer information pool, and optimize customer experience.
  5. Sales Targets and Performance Achievement:
  6. Formulate the sales strategy for the South American market based on Neofoods' platform product and operation strategy, and set sales targets in alignment with the company.
  7. Create and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet targets.
  8. Regularly review and adjust the sales strategy with the Neofoods business leader to respond to market changes and achieve sales goals.
  9. Market Insight and Strategy Formulation:
  10. Lead regional market operations, conduct market research, and provide feedback on customer needs, channel requirements, and regional demand trends to inform platform strategy.
  11. Collaborate with supply chain and platform teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer needs, supporting sales targets.
  12. Work with the platform team to develop regional promotion strategies, monitor their effectiveness, and optimize accordingly.
  13. Others:
  14. Lead regional exhibition planning and execution.
  15. Manage and build the regional sales team based on business development needs and sales targets.

Ability Requirements:

  1. Professional Skills:
  2. Minimum 3 years as a sales manager in the South American snack food and beverage retail industry.
  3. Familiar with local market channels and customer resources; able to quickly identify and develop target customers.
  4. Strong negotiation and customer management skills, capable of independently developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  5. Personal Attributes:
  6. Result-oriented, highly capable of execution, self-motivated, and resilient under stress.
  7. Innovative, open to new ideas, and willing to implement them.
  8. Strong sense of business responsibility, proactive problem-solving, and goal-oriented action.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills for building good relationships with customers and team members.
  10. Culturally adaptable, able to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and collaborate with global teams.
  11. Education and Experience:
  12. Over 5 years of sales experience in FMCG food (snacks, beverages) retail or food service, with at least 3 years as a sales manager, possessing strong regional customer resources.
  13. Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, international trade, food science, or related fields.
  14. Native speaker of Portuguese or Spanish.
