Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our Lending product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Lending solutions (self‑licensed, white‑label or co‑branding) onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end process of Lending transactions, from onboarding new customers to resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
• Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to Lending services.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Lending solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space.
• Cross‑cultural collaboration: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish preferred.
• Experience with end‑to‑end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
