The Key Account Sales Manager BRAfor Leica Biosystems is responsible for develop and execute successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory for all verticals at Key Accounts.

This position reports to the Sales Manager Brazil and is part of the BRA Sales Team, located in São Paulo/Capital and will be working remotely to cover all BRA territory.

In this role, your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training.
  • Prioritizes solution allocation to customers through collaboration with all areas. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
  • Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
  • Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer.
  • Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (SME) for assistance to install/set-up instrumentation in customer laboratories. Perform demonstrations and 1st level assistance support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience
  • Required Skills:

Proven presence at Key Accounts and influence with key decision makers.

Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.

Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

  • Travel: 50-75%

Must Possess a valid Driver’s license.

Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings (locally and internationally)

  • Language:

Intermediate English
