INDI Staffing Services is hiring a Junior Financial Controller in Rio de Janeiro to support the finance team with data analysis, reporting, and policy compliance.

You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes under guidance from senior professionals, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to key financial workflows.

Qualificações

• Finance experience: 1+ year in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Help maintain financial controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Overview of the role
