Qualificações

Write SQL queries from scratch, with strong knowledge of filters, JOINs, and aggregations.
Hands-on experience with MySQL or another relational database, including through academic or personal projects.
Exercise care when working with production data: validate the scope of a change before executing it and recognize when to ask for guidance.
Investigative mindset to move from a vague problem description to the data that explains it.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, a technical qualification in the field, or equivalent experience.
Ongoing education accepted.
Technical English reading proficiency is a plus.
Additional valued knowledge: data modeling, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, database tuning and performance, Linux command line, Docker, and multi-tenant LIMS/ERP/SaaS platforms

Responsabilidades

Write and execute SQL queries for support data requests, averaging two tickets per day, with Team Leader review before execution in production
Investigate inconsistencies and locate information in customer databases
Perform small, targeted actions in NoSQL databases
Turn recurring requests into processes by creating parameterized scripts, views, and stored procedures
Analyze database performance by identifying slow queries, indexing opportunities, and MySQL configuration adjustments
Monitor the health and standardization of database environments with the DevOps team
Validate data consistency and integrity before and after interventions, in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025
Document procedures, queries, and technical decisions
Participate in the technology team’s Agile ceremonies
