Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro seeks a junior Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will build reports and dashboards with guidance, perform descriptive analyses, and ensure data quality to support decision-making.

Collaborate with mid-level and senior analysts, learn new tools, and gradually develop autonomy while contributing to efficiency and transparency across Content Production operations.

Qualificações

• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts, including organizing, processing, analyzing, and interpreting information
• Knowledge of Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI for preparing analyses, reports, controls, and dashboards
• Ability to perform low- to medium-complexity descriptive and exploratory analyses, initially under the guidance of more experienced professionals
• Ability to organize information, identify inconsistencies, and ensure the quality and reliability of data used in analyses
• Strong communication skills to present results, conclusions, and information clearly to different audiences
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset, with curiosity and an interest in developing technical knowledge related to Data
• Willingness to learn new tools, receive feedback, and gradually develop greater autonomy in performing activities
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Experience with or knowledge of Power BI, including creating dashboards, metrics, and visualizations
• Knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and data quality
• Previous experience with metrics, management controls, process analysis, administrative management, or operations, using data to support decision-making
