About the Role:

We are looking for a junior-level Customer Success Engineer to join our growing Brazil team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or a final-year student with a technical background who is eager to learn, grow fast, and work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technologies.

You’ll support the deployment of AI-powered virtual agents for clients in Brazil, working closely with both our local and global teams. You’ll gain exposure to real-world AI projects, client interactions, and product implementation—all in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Support the end-to-end execution of client onboarding and integrations.
  2. Assist in building simple API connections and configuring platform features (JavaScript knowledge is a prerequisite).
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal tech teams to understand needs and propose solutions.
  4. Help track project milestones, maintain documentation, and support client communication.
  5. Learn and apply best practices in project delivery, technical integrations, and customer success.
  6. Take initiative to grow your knowledge in LLMs, automation, and conversational AI.
What We’re Looking For:

Education & Skills

  • Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Some experience (internships, academic projects, freelance, etc.) with software development or web technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming (JavaScript, Python, or similar) and REST APIs.
  • Strong willingness to learn fast, take initiative, and work across teams.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and innovation.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid (remote + in-office) setting.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
