INDI is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our internal Help Desk and provide expert technical support to IT users across the organization. This role offers a clear path to growth within our Engineering team and exposure to cutting-edge tools.

You will handle issues via email, phone, and Jira, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage hardware purchases, administer security access cards, and perform general office and hardware maintenance. A flexible work setup is available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support in a company with internal Help Desk.
• Experience with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to work in a team and independently.
