INDI Staffing Services is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our internal Help Desk team. You will provide technical support to IT users, working with the Engineering group and contributing to a fast-paced, mentor-friendly environment.

Responsibilities include resolving issues via email, phone, and Jira; troubleshooting hardware and software problems; managing hardware purchases; and maintaining office systems.

Qualificações

• : IT Support: 1+ year of hands-on experience in similar positions in a company with an internal Help Desk.
• : Technical Skills: Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, and Networking.
• : Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
