Cresol is seeking an IT Support professional to manage and respond to incidents, provide end-user hardware and software support, and perform IT maintenance. The role supports a hybrid work arrangement with travel to Cresol branches.

Candidates should reside near Três Marias, MG or the surrounding region, be willing to travel, and hold a valid driver's license. A technology-related bachelor's degree is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.
• Experience providing end-user support is required.
• Knowledge of networking and structured cabling is beneficial.
• Experience installing software and performing IT hardware maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring systems is advantageous.

• Manage and respond to incidents submitted through the ticketing system by Cresol employees related to infrastructure, networks, asset monitoring, and other technology assets
• Provide user support for hardware and software
• Hybrid work: some days remote (home office) and some days on-site through visits to Cresol branches
• Must be available to travel and have a personal car.

Requirements

• Reside in Três Marias, MG or the surrounding region
• Availability to travel
• Valid driver's license category A/B
• Own a personal car
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
• Experience providing end-user support
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to understand and comply with configuration policies and standards
• Experience installing software and performing IT hardware maintenance
• Knowledge of networking and structured cabling
• Knowledge of monitoring systems and CCTV systems.
