Job description

This ITSupervisor role is a core local management position for the company’s Brazilsite information technology business. The incumbent will assist the Chinaregional IT leader in overall management of on-site IT affairs, including datacenter operation, network maintenance, information security, business softwaresystem management and desktop operation & maintenance. This position isresponsible for leading the local Brazilian IT team, optimizing team workflow,standardizing daily delivery, building positive team culture, and fullyadapting to the working rhythm and management model of Chinese enterprises toensure stable, efficient and standardized operation of on-site ITinfrastructure and team work.

Main responsibilities

1. OverallIT Affairs Management：Assist the Chinese IT management team in fully undertaking the dailyoperation and management of Brazil site’s data center, network system,information security system, business software system and employee desktopoperation & maintenance, ensure zero major IT failures and stable operationof all IT facilities.

2. TeamDaily Management & Delivery Supervision：Take charge of the daily workarrangement, task allocation, progress tracking and result acceptance of thelocal Brazilian IT team; supervise team daily work delivery, solve on-site ITproblems in a timely manner, and guarantee the smooth progress of all IT work.

3. WorkflowConstruction & Optimization：Sort out existing team working modes, establish standardized, systematicand standardized IT operation and maintenance workflows and managementmechanisms; continuously optimize work processes, improve team operationefficiency and reduce operational risks.

4. Cross-regionalCommunication & Coordination：Conduct daily direct efficient communication with Chinese regional ITmanagement personnel, synchronize on-site IT situation, report work progress,feedback existing problems, and cooperate with China team to complete ITproject implementation and daily operation guarantee.

5. TeamCulture & Capacity Building：Assist in building a positive, efficient and collaborative local IT teamatmosphere; guide team members to improve professional capabilities,standardize work behaviors, and enhance team cohesion and executive force.

6. IT RiskControl & Standard Implementation：Follow the company’s unified IT management specifications, implementinformation security management requirements, standardize equipment access,account permissions, data management and other work, and avoid IT security andmanagement risks.

Requirements and skills

1. LanguageCompetency (Mandatory)：Fluent oral and written English. Must be able to conduct barrier-free,accurate and professional direct communication with Chinese management leaderson daily work, project progress, problem analysis and work reporting.

2. Logical& Structured Thinking (Key Competency)：Possess excellent expression abilityand rigorous logical thinking capability; have prominent structured thinkinghabits. Daily work communication, problem sorting and work reporting are clear,hierarchical and organized, and be good at sorting out work and problems in thelogic of first, second, third and other dimensional levels.

3. ProfessionalTechnical Experience (Mandatory)：Have rich practical experience in at least one core IT field: DataCenter operation and maintenance, Network architecture & maintenance,Information Security management, Business Software System operation andmanagement. Candidates with cross-field comprehensive experience are highlypreferred.

4. ManagementExperience：Have formalteam management experience, be familiar with IT team daily operation andmanagement modes; able to quickly adapt to the working rhythm, managementsystem and corporate culture of Chinese enterprises. Candidates with largeenterprise service experience or large-scale team management experience arepreferred.

5. ComprehensiveQuality：Strongexecutive ability, on-site problem-solving ability and cross-team coordinationability; rigorous and responsible in work, good at summarizing and optimizingwork processes, able to stably lead local teams to complete various IT workindicators.

6. Education& Working Years：Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology,Network Security and other related majors; Experience of IT team managementexperience in enterprise on-site operation and maintenance scenarios.

PreferredQualifications

• Experience working in Chinese-funded enterprises or foreign large-scalemanufacturing/industrial enterprises;
• Possessprofessional certificates in network, information security, data centeroperation and maintenance;
• Familiarwith Brazil local IT industry norms, labor management rules and on-siteoperation and maintenance characteristics;
• Richexperience in cross-cultural team communication and management.
