A Wabtec Corporation, atuando presencialmente em Contagem (MG), busca profissional com foco em melhoria de serviços de Digital Workplace. Você trabalhará com equipes globais de TI para padronizar práticas, gerenciar projetos de infraestrutura e liderar iniciativas que elevem a qualidade dos serviços e a satisfação dos usuários.
É desejável experiência com ITIL V4, COBIT e ServiceNow, além de fluência em inglês. A posição envolve atuação no Brasil com escopo global e benefícios variados.
Qualificações
- Bacharelado em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
- Proven experience in IT service improvement, operations, or Digital Workplace projects.
- ITIL V4 Certification.
- Conhecimento de COBIT.
- Entendimento técnico de Infraestrutura de TI, incluindo computação de usuários finais, redes, nuvem e gestão de serviços.
- Experiência em criação, melhoria, documentação e governança de processos operacionais.
- Experiência em gestão de projetos com capacidade de liderar várias iniciativas.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas, de comunicação e de gestão de stakeholders.
- Fluência em inglês.
- Experiência apoiando organizações globais.
- Fluência em espanhol (preferencial).
- Experiência com ServiceNow ou plataformas ITSM semelhantes.
Responsabilidades
- Analisar os serviços atuais de Digital Workplace e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
- Desenhar, documentar e implementar novos processos operacionais e modelos de governança.
- Liderar e coordenar projetos de infraestrutura de TI e Digital Workplace desde a iniciação até a implantação.
- Definir KPIs, SLAs, métricas de reporte e planos de melhoria contínua.
- Apoiar padronização de melhores práticas com equipes regionais e globais.
- Apoiar gestão de problemas, revisões de serviço e análises de causas raízes.
- Impulsionar adoção de serviços, eficiência, automação e melhoria da experiência do usuário.
- Colaborar com fornecedores e equipes multifuncionais para entregar resultados de negócio.
- Preparar apresentações executivas e atualizações de projetos.

Essa posição é para atuar presencialmente em Contagem, MG.
You will work as part of the Global Digital Workplace organization, partnering with regional and global IT teams, infrastructure engineers, service management professionals, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality, efficiency, and adoption of Digital Workplace services across Wabtec.
Digital Workplace services are critical to employee productivity and business operations. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve services, standardize operational processes, optimize workflows, support transformation initiatives, and lead infrastructure-related projects. Your contributions will help increase service quality, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability across global operations.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a role focused on IT service improvement, IT operations, infrastructure projects, or Digital Workplace services.
- ITIL V4 Certification.
- Knowledge of COBIT governance framework.
- Strong technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, including end-user computing, collaboration technologies, networking, cloud services, and service management processes.
- Experience creating, improving, documenting, and governing operational processes.
- Project Management experience with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience supporting global organizations.
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Analyze current Digital Workplace services and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design, document, and implement new operational processes and governance models.
- Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and Digital Workplace projects from initiation through deployment.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, reporting metrics, and continuous improvement plans.
- Partner with regional and global teams to standardize best practices.
- Support problem management, service reviews, and root cause analysis activities.
- Drive service adoption, efficiency, automation, and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, and performance reports.
