Formación
- Diploma de ensino superior em áreas correlatas (TI, CS, Engenharia, SI, Administração ou Contabilidade).
- Experiência comprovada gerenciando projetos ou programas de TI complexos em organizações multinacionais.
- Experiência em implementação, upgrade, localização ou transformação de ERP.
- Experiência com Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) fortemente desejada; SAP ERP também elegível com foco em localização.
- Inglês fluente com capacidade de liderar reuniões e comunicar-se com executivos.
- Domínio de disciplinas de gestão de projetos: planejamento, gestão financeira, RAID, governança, controle de mudanças e reporting executivo.
- Experiência coordenando equipes multifuncionais, integradores externos e fornecedores.
- Capacidade de atuar entre tecnologia, negócio e áreas funcionais com boa comunicação e apresentação executiva.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar onsite em Contagem/MG, 5 dias/semana, com viagens de até 25% principalmente na América Latina.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar programas complexos de ERP, implantação de aplicações e localização no Brasil e América Latina.
- Assumir entrega end-to-end: escopo, cronograma, orçamento, recursos, riscos e comunicação com stakeholders.
- Estabelecer governança de projetos, relatórios executivos, gestão de issues e escalonamento.
- Colaborar com Tax, Finanças, Supply Chain e demais funções para traduzir requisitos legais em planos de TI.
- Coordenar entregas entre equipes regionais de TI, centros de excelência, fornecedores e integradores.
- Conduzir implementações de ERP com foco em Oracle E-Business Suite e integração com plataformas fiscais locais.
- Gerenciar programas envolvendo integrações ERP com plataformas fiscais, tributárias e regulatórias.
- Suportar iniciativas da Reform Brazil Tax e outros programas regulatórios com mudanças coordenadas.
- Conduzir planos de programa abrangentes desde design até go-live e hypercare.
- Garantir propriedade clara de entregáveis entre negócios, membros funcionais e equipes técnicas.

Essa posição é para atuar presencialmente em Contagem, MG.
You will join the AppX IT Business Unit Solutions team, working across Latin America to deliver strategic ERP, application and localisation programmes. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Operations, global IT Centers of Excellence, application teams, vendors, system integrators and external partners. A major focus will be Brazil, where the application landscape includes Oracle E-Business Suite and Thomson Reuters solutions such as OneSource TaxOne, OneSource Global Trade (OSGT/GTM) and DFe.
As a member of the AppX IT Business Unit Solutions team, you will lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support business operations, regulatory compliance, ERP transformation and regional growth across Latin America. You will translate business and regulatory requirements into executable technology programmes, establishing clear governance and accountability from design through hypercare. Your leadership will be especially important in Brazil, where evolving tax and statutory requirements demand coordinated changes across ERP, fiscal and compliance applications. You will balance global IT standards with mandatory local and regional requirements while ensuring programmes are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects or programmes, ideally within multinational or large industrial organisations.
- Strong experience delivering ERP implementation, upgrade, localisation or transformation programmes.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong SAP ERP programme experience and demonstrated localisation expertise will also be considered.
- Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate with executives and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including planning, financial management, RAID management, governance, change control and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external system integrators and vendors.
- Ability to operate effectively across technical, functional and business organisations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Contagem, Minas Gerais, five days per week and to travel up to 25%, primarily within Latin America.
- Brazilian Tax Reform and its impact on ERP and fiscal applications, including Brazilian tax and statutory requirements.
- Oracle EBS Brazilian Localisation / Latin Tax Engine.
- Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP), and finance and accounting processes.
- Electronic invoicing, fiscal-document processes and ERP-to-tax-platform integrations.
- Thomson Reuters OneSource / Mastersaf solutions, particularly TaxOne, OneSource Global Trade (OSGT/GTM) and DFe.
- Experience managing regulatory programmes where requirements continue to evolve during execution.
- Lead complex ERP, application deployment and localisation programmes across Brazil and Latin America.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, quality and stakeholder communication.
- Establish strong project governance, executive reporting, issue management and escalation mechanisms.
- Partner with Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and other business functions to translate business and regulatory requirements into executable IT plans.
- Coordinate delivery across regional IT teams, global ERP Centers of Excellence, vendors, system integrators and application partners.
- Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, integration and localisation initiatives, with a strong focus on Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
- Manage programmes involving ERP integrations with local fiscal, tax, reporting and regulatory platforms.
- Support Brazil Tax Reform technology initiatives and other regulatory programmes requiring coordinated changes across ERP and localisation solutions.
- Drive integrated programme plans covering design, development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Ensure clear ownership of deliverables across business, functional and technical teams.
- Identify programme risks early, drive mitigation plans and escalation decisions requiring leadership intervention.
- Manage project financials, forecasts, vendor commitments and delivery against approved business cases.
- Support application rationalisation and transformation initiatives while balancing global IT standards with mandatory local and regional requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, governance and programme management practices across the Latin America portfolio.
- Support ERP and application programmes associated with acquisitions, business expansion and new operational capabilities across the region.
