The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with governance, risk, and controls within IT environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or related field.
• Experience in IT Governance, processes, projects, and technology strategy.
• Experience structuring IT Governance for vendor management.
• Experience developing and improving IT processes/methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of risk management, controls, and information security.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, and Bizagi.
• Fluent English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and monitor KPIs and IT service performance indicators, supporting analyses and improvement plans.
• Assess and enhance IT Governance controls and processes through assessments, audits, and improvement plans.
• Monitor governance controls for adherence to guidelines and external requirements.
• Support management of IT risks by tracking action plans and deadlines.
• Monitor information security-related controls, including access management and testing.
• Support development and enhancement of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
• Monitor and propose improvements to ITSM processes (Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, Changes).
• Serve as liaison between vendors and internal teams to advance IT Governance.

• Monitor the execution of Governance controls, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and external requirements
• Support the management and mitigation of IT risks by monitoring action plans and deadlines
• Monitor Information Security-related controls, including access management and security testing
