Job specifics/responsibilities:

1. Assist in architectural analysis and design for business processes and technologies in the Reinsurance industry.
2. Collaborate with the architecture team on projects.
3. Support the execution of architectural initiatives.
4. Stay informed about industry trends.
5. Conduct data analysis to support architectural decisions.
6. Provide support in documenting architectural solutions.
7. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
8. Develop analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant work experience in industry, with a similar role, including years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields are a plus.
• Relevant certifications or advanced training are a plus.
