YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team in the logistics and supply chain industry.

As IT Business Analyst, you will support complex systems that sustain organizational processes, leveraging technological resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

This position is based in Brazil (São Paulo).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Configure and support the Matrix WMS system (Blue Yonder).
• Create technical specifications for process improvements.
• Map and validate logistics processes.
• Train resources and users.
• Interact with various CEVA teams and external clients to gather requirements, provide data, and design solutions.
• Document complete solutions for the global team.
• Follow change control procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing advanced support for the application support team.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements for product resilience, reliability, and efficiency.
• Perform related activities as required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong logical interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Experience with WMS systems and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of SQL, programming logic, and EDI technologies.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish is a plus.
