Job description

We are seeking a professional to join our team in a role focused on credit policies and risk analysis. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing, monitoring, and implementing innovative credit policies, as well as participating in testing and project continuity activities.

Main responsibilities

• Map opportunities and innovations in current credit policies;
• Develop analyses to propose challenging and effective credit policies;
• Monitor metrics and results of applied policies to ensure accuracy and effectiveness;
• Execute activities to support and sustain pilot projects related to credit policies;
• Participate in testing the deployment of new credit solutions and policies;
• Engage in squad ceremonies using Jira to track and collaborate on team activities and deliveries;
• Assist in credit portfolio analysis, risk management, and evaluation of credit models, including score systems.

Requirements and skills

• Knowledge of credit policies for individuals;
• Ability to work with large data volumes and perform quantitative analyses;
• Basic knowledge of statistics and experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Databricks, and Python;
• Experience in developing and validating credit models (e.g., credit scoring models);
• Familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment models;
• Understanding of credit regulations and compliance;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to generate valuable insights;
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams;
• Proactivity, innovative spirit, and a mindset oriented towards transformation.
