Role Objective:

This role promotes innovation and manages special projects by coordinating efforts across multiple teams, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist engineers and analysts in building products that meet business needs.
2. Clarify business objectives and expectations for new features, challenging requests when necessary.
3. Understand and prioritize the needs of various teams and end customers.
4. Manage the product backlog, draft and communicate roadmaps, summaries, and releases.
5. Contribute ideas for new features and tools to support company growth.

Desired Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft or Google tools.
• Experience with organizational tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Interest in online technology, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
• Ability to bridge business and technology.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and document next steps.
• Skill in breaking down problems to deliver quick value.
