Our client, a well-established provider of print and marketing services, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with sales experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Sales & Closing: Engage with inbound and outbound leads, pitch services, and close deals efficiently.
High-Volume Calls: Make a significant number of daily calls to potential and existing customers, presenting the company’s offerings persuasively.
Lead Management & Follow-Ups: Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospects, following up consistently to maximize conversion.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing customer accounts.
CRM Utilization: Use HubSpot to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
Commission-Driven Focus: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strong drive for performance-based earnings.
Sales Experience: Minimum 1+ years in a sales role, preferably in a high-call-volume, commission-based environment.
Commission-Based Mindset: Experience working in a role with performance-based incentives and a hunger for earnings growth.
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English (verbal and written), with a neutral or South African/British-accented tone preferred.
Sales Enthusiasm & Drive: Strong personality with a go-getter attitude, able to engage potential customers effectively.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM for sales and pipeline management.
Ability to Handle Rejection: Resilience in dealing with customer objections while maintaining a positive approach.
Consistent Sales Performance: Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Proactive & Enthusiastic Engagement: A high level of energy and enthusiasm when interacting with customers.
Strong Customer Retention & Growth: Developing and maintaining relationships that lead to repeat business.
Effective CRM Usage: Efficiently managing customer data and sales processes within HubSpot.
Excelling in a Fast-Paced Role: The ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in achieving sales success.
