Jobtailor seeks an Architecture Project Manager to lead feasibility studies, prepare architectural analyses, monitor construction with quality, schedule, and cost control.

You will coordinate design interfaces, specify materials, manage dashboards (KPIs), support supplier management, and generate executive reports. Travel and BIM/Revit proficiency required; English/Spanish preferred; experience on retail projects is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 3 years on medium/large-scale projects and construction.
• Experience with retail projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit and Power BI.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
• Availability to travel and a valid Category B driver license.
• Advanced English and/or Spanish.
• Sustainability certifications (LEED, AQUA).
• Experience managing multiple sites/units and a high volume of projects.
