- Manage multiple engineering disciplines simultaneously, ensuring integration and coordination between designs.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate the interface between internal teams, suppliers, design consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure conformity with technical, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Lead permitting and approval processes with the competent authorities.
- Mitigate technical and operational risks during project development and construction.
- Maintain governance, traceability of information and control of the contracts involved.
- Coordinate and manage projects for electrical installations, SPDA (Lightning Protection System), SDAI (Fire Detection and Alarm System), structured cabling, plumbing and sanitary systems, medical gases, HVAC and building automation.
- Lead the development of multidisciplinary projects from preliminary studies and feasibility analysis through to final delivery.
- Manage and coordinate executive/construction drawings, ensuring adherence to standards, technical specifications and operational needs.
- Monitor permitting, regularization and approval processes with the competent authorities.
- Participate in technical and strategic meetings, preparing analyses and proposing solutions to enable project feasibility.
- Perform technical assessments of properties and implementation studies, including document review and feasibility analysis.
- Manage contracts and suppliers, performing technical evaluation of proposals, drafting scopes of work, monitoring progress/measurements and managing contract amendments.
- Monitor the progress of projects and construction using management tools and collaborative platforms.
- Ensure control, organization and traceability of project information.
- Conduct technical site visits to construction works and facilities to verify that execution complies with the projects and established guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Active registration with CREA (Regional Engineering Council).
- Experience with high-complexity installation projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of technical standards and legal requirements (NBR standards, utilities, VISA/Health Surveillance, Fire Department and applicable legislation).
- Experience in project management and interfacing with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
