Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Architect to develop and standardize project typologies, ensuring feasibility and cost-conscious design.

You will coordinate with design firms, suppliers and internal teams, review solutions and support technical premises for new developments, focusing on execution, performance and schedules.

Proficiency in Revit and strong communication across disciplines are essential to drive productivity, quality, and scalable construction processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit.
• Knowledge of construction processes and typology standardization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with different areas.
• Critical sense for reviewing and standardizing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and evolve project typologies with standardization and cost awareness.
• Coordinate the technical compatibility and validation of solutions adopted in typologies.
• Conduct technical studies and analyses of construction solutions to optimize costs and economies of scale.
• Ensure the application and updating of typology standards across design disciplines and partner areas.
• Support the definition of technical premises for new developments considering execution, performance, cost and schedule.
• Interface with design firms, suppliers and internal areas to ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Manage and monitor the project flow related to typologies to meet schedules and quality.
• Prepare and monitor area KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Promote innovation and constructive standardization to boost productivity and scalability.
• Provide technical support and disseminate knowledge related to typologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and evolve project typologies, ensuring standardization, construction feasibility and adherence to company guidelines;
• Coordinate the technical compatibility and validation of solutions adopted in the typologies, ensuring quality, productivity and constructability efficiency;
• Conduct technical studies and comparative analyses of construction solutions, layouts and standardizations to achieve economies of scale and cost optimization;
• Ensure the application and updating of typology standards across design disciplines and partner areas;
