Jobtailor seeks an Architect or Civil Engineer to develop and analyze test fits for new commercial locations in São Paulo, evaluating layout, flows and space optimization. You will assess technical feasibility and ensure brand standards, interfacing with Expansion, Operations and Construction teams.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, have retail project experience, can read technical drawings, and are proficient in AutoCAD, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with test fits, commercial projects or retail.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary technical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar.
• Knowledge of technical standards, legislation and approval processes.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent demands.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and analyze test fits for new commercial locations, evaluating layout, operational flows and space optimization.
• Assess the technical and architectural feasibility of new properties and renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with KFC brand standards, applicable legislation and technical regulations.
• Interface with internal teams (Expansion, Operations, Construction, Facilities and Finance) to align project technical requirements.
• Support decision‑making on store openings by presenting studies, drawings and technical analyses.
• Monitor layout adjustments according to operational needs and property constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers and external consultants.
• Contribute to the standardization of layouts and continuous improvement of store models.
• Support cost, schedule and technical impact analyses related to projects.
