Jobtailor in Brazil seeks an Architect with strong feasibility and land acquisition experience to lead early design, massing, and site logistics for new developments. The role covers from initial studies to construction release, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preliminary design, feasibility analyses, and modular layout planning, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic 3D software (Revit, Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with feasibility analysis for land acquisition and site logistics preferred.

• Develop projects for acquiring new business, from massing studies to support initial negotiations to the investment committee, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering a quality product within deadlines.
• Conduct massing studies with estimated unit counts based on site analysis to support land negotiations.
• Work on preliminary design and feasibility studies for land acquisition.
• Handle technical feasibility with suppliers to ensure viability of designs.
• Design modular layouts and construction phasing with logistics validation.
• Coordinate site plans and towers from architectural design through construction release.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects for acquiring new business, from massing studies to support initial negotiations through to the investment committee stage, ensuring compliance with regulations and aiming to deliver the best technical solution, producing a quality product within established deadlines.
• Conduct massing studies: prepare massing studies with estimated unit counts based on site analysis to present risks, parameters and potential site density, supporting land negotiations for the prospecting team.
• Work on preliminary design: develop feasibility studies (designs) for land acquisition together with the manager, based on legal assumptions, ensuring maximum allowable density and the best technical solution.
• Handle technical feasibility: perform technical analysis of designs with suppliers (building services designers), ensuring the technical viability of the project.
• Be involved with site logistics: design modular layouts and construction phasing with validation from the logistics area, ensuring construction is executed according to company guidelines.
• Also work on the project's executive phase: develop, design and coordinate site plans and towers from the architectural discipline through to construction release.
• Respond to questions and handle post-construction details.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism.
• Software skills: AutoCAD – beginner; Revit, Civil 3D and other 3D modeling tools – beginner; Microsoft Office.
