Jobtailor is seeking a cybersecurity-focused intern to support Microsoft 365 security operations in São Paulo. You will assist with identity and access management, monitor security alerts, and help prepare incident reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen corporate security.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT/security degrees, with basic knowledge of Windows, networks, and Defender tools, and a willingness to learn PowerShell and LGPD concepts.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in IT or security-related field.
• Basic information security concepts and Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP) and endpoint protection tools.
• Interest in IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and LGPD concepts a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and monitoring of Microsoft 365 Security solutions.
• Assist identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Help analyze security alerts and incidents and prepare reports.
• Monitor MFA and Conditional Access configurations; assist with Intune device management.
• Support Defender solutions and basic compliance analyses.
• Collaborate with infra, support, and cloud teams to resolve incidents.
• Document procedures and participate in cybersecurity improvement projects.

• Support the administration and monitoring of Microsoft 365 Security solutions
• Assist with identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Support the analysis of security alerts and incidents
• Assist in investigating suspicious events and preparing reports
• Monitor MFA (Multifactor Authentication) and Conditional Access configurations
• Support device management through Microsoft Intune
• Assist with monitoring Microsoft Defender solutions
• Perform basic compliance analyses and provide security recommendations
• Participate in preparing documentation, procedures, and technical reports
• Support cybersecurity implementation and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and cloud teams to resolve incidents
• Support the operation of Microsoft 365 environments, contributing to the protection of corporate identities, devices, applications, and information

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Security, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Information Security concepts
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender
• Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint protection tools
• Knowledge of MFA, Zero Trust, and Access Control
• Knowledge of Excel and report preparation
• Microsoft SC-900, AZ-900, or MS-900 certifications or courses are a plus
• Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and incident response is a plus
• Familiarity with PowerShell is a plus
• Participation in academic projects related to cybersecurity is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) is a plus
