You will manage network performance, hardware, software, and data security to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across the organization. This role requires strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, database management, website administration, and digital platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT roles involving networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, DB management, website administration, or digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, DB management, website administration and digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement IT policies and cybersecurity measures to safeguard assets.
• Provide technical support for the organization’s website, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system issues to maximize availability.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and management of hardware, software, databases, and cloud services.
• Maintain confidential employee and vehicle-related digital documents securely.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to boost efficiency and digital engagement.

Job Summary

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system issues to maintain maximum system availability and reliability
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and management of hardware, software, databases, and cloud-based services to support business functions
• Maintain and securely manage confidential employee and vehicle-related digital documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency, digital engagement, and overall business performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles involving networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, database management, website administration, or digital platforms
