ArkTalents is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the local people function for a new manufacturing operation in Jundiaí, Brazil. The role prioritizes recruitment to support ramp-up and scale of the site.

You will partner with local management and the China headquarters on workforce planning while building HR processes, onboarding, and compliance as the organization grows.

• Build the local hiring plan, sourcing channels, recruitment process, and candidate pipeline to support factory ramp-up.

• Support core HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, and local HR compliance as the organization grows.
• Coordinate relevant certifications, policies, and HR procedures where required.

Our client is an international food ingredients manufacturer with an established presence in Asia and plans to build a new manufacturing operation in Brazil. The Jundiaí site will be developed from 0 to 1 and is expected to grow to approximately 80 employees.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the local people function, with recruitment as the immediate top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the new factory across production, technical, functional, and commercial roles.
• Build the local hiring plan, sourcing channels, recruitment process, and candidate pipeline to support factory ramp-up.
• Partner closely with local management and the China headquarters on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Support core HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, and local HR compliance as the organization grows.
• Coordinate relevant certifications, policies, and HR procedures where required.

Requirements

• Proven HR experience in a manufacturing environment; factory HR experience is strongly preferred.
• Food, food ingredients, bakery, or FMCG manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Strong track record in volume hiring and building teams for a new site, expansion, or fast-growing operation.
• Fluent English is essential, Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in an international, multinational, or joint-venture environment is preferred.
• Based in or able to commute to the Jundiaí / Greater São Paulo area.
