Confidential Careers seeks an HR Consultant to act as a strategic and operational partner to people managers across the organization. This role sits in a centralized pool of HR professionals who collaborate with COEs, HRBPs, and leaders to deliver consistent, high‑impact HR support.

You will execute core HR processes, enable leadership effectiveness, and foster a high‑performance culture aligned with the company’s goals.

Qualificações

  • Progressive HR experience focusing on leadership coaching and talent management.
  • Experience in matrixed or global organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to coach and develop talent across functions and levels.
  • Experience guiding change management and organizational agility.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, guiding HR policies, tools, and best practices.
  • Coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and performance challenges.
  • Support goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end performance discussions.
  • Resolve non-complex employee concerns and escalate high-risk matters as needed.
  • Support core HR processes including RIFs, offboarding, leave management, investigations, and compensation.
  • Help managers with job changes, promotions, and HRIS data issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions.
  • Deliver training sessions and toolkits to build manager HR capability.

The HR Consultant serves as a strategic and operational partner to people managers across the organization. This role is part of a centralized pool of HR professionals who collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and functional leaders to deliver consistent, high-impact HR support to designated segment, region and functional leaders. The HR Consultant plays a critical role in executing core HR processes, enabling leadership effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Manager Support & Coaching:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on HR policies, tools, and best practices.
  • Coach managers on handling employee relations, team dynamics, and performance challenges.
Performance & Talent Management:
  • Support goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end performance discussions to drive accountability and development.
Employee Relations (Tier 1):
  • Address and resolve non-complex employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • Escalate and collaborate on complex or high-risk matters with HR Strategic Advisors, Employee Relations, and Legal as needed.
  • Support the execution of core HR processes including Reductions in Force (RIFs), offboarding, leave management, internal investigations, and compensation transactions.
System & Transactional Support:
  • Support managers in executing job changes, promotions, and resolving HRIS/system-related issues (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Ensure data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions.
Training & Enablement:
  • Support the delivery of training sessions and toolkits to build manager capability in HR processes and systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR tools and resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid progressive HR experience (mainly coaching leadership & talent management), preferably in a matrixed or global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business goals.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and fostering organizational agility.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop talent across various functions and levels.
