Senior Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE)
Total Rewards, People Analytics & Payroll
The Senior Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to Total Rewards, Payroll Governance, Workforce Analytics, and People Insights.
In addition to leading Centers of Excellence functions, this individual will serve as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, leveraging strong HR Business Partner capabilities to translate business priorities into people strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, workforce planning, talent challenges, and business needs to ensure that compensation, analytics, and payroll solutions drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards
- Develop and execute Total Rewards strategies aligned with business objectives and market practices.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles, job architecture, and pay equity initiatives.
- Manage benefits programs, compensation analysis, and reward policies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations regarding compensation competitiveness, attraction, retention, and employee engagement.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on Total Rewards initiatives and projects.
People Analytics
- Define and implement a People Analytics strategy that enables informed decision-making across the business.
- Develop executive dashboards, workforce metrics, and People KPI frameworks.
- Analyze trends related to headcount, turnover, compensation, diversity, engagement, productivity, and talent management.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR technologies, systems, and reporting capabilities.
Payroll
- Oversee payroll governance and vendor management.
- Ensure payroll compliance with local legislation, internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
- Establish governance frameworks, controls, processes, and operational excellence standards.
- Partner with Finance and local HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, scalability, and risk mitigation.
Business Partnership & Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR teams, providing insights and recommendations that support organizational strategies.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives through a data-driven approach.
- Influence decision-making through people analytics, market intelligence, and Total Rewards expertise.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and functions to drive alignment and business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, People Analytics, and/or Payroll.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) is strongly desired.
